Pardon Application

Se puede presentar telemáticamente solicitud de indulto en el Registro Electrónico del Ministerio de Justicia, cumplimentando el Modelo al que se accede desde esta página, al que acompañan las instrucciones con el fin de que se señale la información necesaria para la tramitación de la solicitud.

Se le solicitará que se identifique y firme digitalmente su contenido de acuerdo con los requisitos establecidos para el acceso al Registro Electrónico.

El proceso es equivalente a la entrega física del escrito correspondiente en el Registro General del Ministerio. El sistema registrará el formulario firmado digitalmente por el solicitante en un asiento del Registro Electrónico.

Las solicitudes presentadas por este canal seguirán luego el trámite ordinario hasta su resolución final.

Requisitos

Process.

The process is equivalent to the physical delivery of the corresponding request to the office of the Ministry’s General Registry. The system will register the form digitally signed by the applicant in an Electronic Registry entry.

Receipt.

The Electronic Register will automatically issue an electronically signed receipt that will have the following content:

• Copy of the request or written submission.
• Date and time of submission and registration entry number.
• Where appropriate, a list of the attached documents.
