In compliance with the provisions of Article 34 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), you are informed of the risk that when a document is checked by CSV, access may have been allowed in the past to another certificate generated in this Ministry in the name of a third party. This incident has been brought to the attention of the supervisory authority, in accordance with the provisions of article 33 of the aforementioned General Data Protection Regulation.
