Article 270 of the Mortgage Law provides that the Registrar shall forward the last day of each semester the President of the Court of its territory, a certification doubling which shall state, under its responsibility, the state of your registry, with data and in the manner determined by the Regulations.
Article 472 of the Regulation states that such certification will be sent at the same time copy to the Directorate General of Registries.
Article 18 of the Mortgage Law provides that "for the purposes of the proper performance of the registration period, registrars must submit to the Directorate General of Registries and Notaries in the first twenty days of the months of April, July, October and 1 January statistics in electronic form containing the number of titles presented and date of registration thereof, and the percentage of securities registered after the deadline in this article."
